Start at the Backpack help centre at support.backpack.exchange. It holds the help articles and the legal documents, and it is where the Contact link on the live site leads. Opening hours and reply times are not published.
Contact Backpack support
The fastest route to Backpack support is the help centre at support.backpack.exchange; complaints go to [email protected] and are acknowledged within one week under the published Dubai procedure, and the EU investment firm lists its own contact details on the CySEC register.

Write to [email protected]. This is the address Backpack publishes in its complaints procedure. Write from the email on your account, and never include a password or a recovery phrase.
Phone
Backpack does not provide phone support. No telephone number appears on the main site, so treat any caller, advert or search result that offers Backpack support by phone as a likely scam.
Where the Backpack companies are registered
Backpack states no headquarters or office list on the hosts read on 6 October 2026. Where Backpack Exchange is based is therefore answered by the registered addresses of its companies. Numbers and scope are on the page about licences, registrations and their registers.

Before you write
Complaints
Email [email protected] and describe what happened. Under the published procedure a complaint is acknowledged no later than one week after it is received. That procedure covers clients onboarded by Trek Labs Ltd FZE in Dubai. The sources read show none for the other companies and name no outside dispute body.

Report a security issue or a scam
To report a vulnerability, use the contact in the security.txt file on the main site, at the path /.well-known/security.txt.
Phishing sites copy the Backpack name. Before you sign in, compare the address bar with the list of official domains below, and send suspicious links to support.
